All orders can be made online by email your artwork directly to sales@joprint.com or through our website(Coming Soon). Before placing your order, you must send us the details of your order, and mailing address for your products delivery. - How do I confirm my order?
You are required to email us information of your order, including attaching your final artwork, state the material type, printing requirement and finally, and send us your attached bank in slip / time and amount you make payment to our bank account. - How long does it take to process my order?
Normal Offset Printing take 4 days to West Malaysia, 5 days to East Malaysia and 1 week to Singapore and Brunei.( If got finishing on printing need extra 1 or 2 days). Normal Digital Printing take 2 days to West Malaysia, 3 days to East Malaysia and 5 days to Singapore and Brunei. (If got finishing on printing need extra 1 or 2 days). We will send you and let you know your delivery date after processing of your printing jobs. - Can I cancel or change my order?
YES. You can cancel or change your design by cancelling your order after you have submitted your artwork before 4.00 pm. on the same day and before printing in process. If your order has been cancelled, then place your new order accordingly. You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before submitting it for printing. - What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any product, please call our Customer Service within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction.
Our Customer Service department will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only reprint any product that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, We does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. - What should I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery date?
